Psychological tricks

1. When you nod slowly while talking, people subconsciously start agreeing with you.

2. If you stay completely calm during someone´s anger, they'll feel guilty and loose control over the argument.

3. Give people limited choices - they'll feel free while still doing what you want.

4. Repeat their words back to them softly - it builds hidden trust and lowers resistance.

5. End conversations first - it leaves them wanting more and thinking about you longer.

6. Stay silent after a lie - the discomfort will often make them confess the truth on their own.

7. When greeting with a handshake, keep the palm slightly turned down when reaching out - it makes you get the upper hand - or, turn it up to make the other person feel in control.
